Water Delivery

Do you prefer the convenience of having our water products delivered directly to your home or office instead of bringing your bottles to the store to refill? We now offer delivery to most areas in Orange County:

  • We offer Italian Glass (3 gallon bottles); no need to purchase your own bottles or steep upfront bottle deposits!
  • No contracts; cancel anytime.
  • Deliveries are handled by an in-house trusted partner and/or our own team instead of outsourced to an external 3rd party; this is important from an energetic perspective in terms of how / who handles your water in the delivery process.

Details About Our Delivery Process:

  • Delivery Day: Water is delivered on the nearest Monday after you sign up and recurring every month on the nearest Monday to your initiation date.

  • Order Cutoff: Orders by Wednesday (before 11:59 PM) will receive delivery on the next Monday. Otherwise, the delivery will take place starting the following Monday.

  • Bottle Exchange: For quality-control and hygienic purposes, we do not use customer-owned bottles. We’ll drop off freshly filled bottles labeled specifically for TWB Delivery; once finished, please leave the same TWB empties outside your doorstep on the next delivery day. Please treat the empty bottles with the same care as you would your own and keep the lids intact to prevent unnecessary dust/debris from entering. We’ll collect these TWB empties and replace them with newly-filled bottles.

  • Subscription Change: To make changes to your subscription, please send us an email connect@thewaterbrewery.com.

Terms & Conditions

1. Delivery Schedule
Orders are delivered every Monday.
Orders by Wednesday (before 11:59 PM) will receive delivery on the next Monday. Otherwise, the delivery will take place starting the following Monday. Subsequent deliveries will be on the same day of the month, every month.

2. Bottle Return Policy
Customers are required to leave empty bottles outside for pickup on the next scheduled delivery date.
Bottles not returned on the designated date may result in charges as outlined in Section 4.

3. Bottle Replacement Fees
If bottles are lost, damaged, broken, or not returned, customers agree to pay the following replacement fees:
$50 for a 3-gallon glass bottle

4. Bottle Retention Policy
If a bottle is retained by the customer for 60 days or more without being returned, it will be considered “lost” and the replacement fee (as listed above) will be automatically charged.

5. Agreement to Pay for Lost, Damaged, or Non-Returned Bottles
By using The Water Brewery’s delivery service, customers agree to:
Pay for any lost, damaged, broken, or non-returned bottles as outlined in Sections 3 and 4.
Charges for lost or unreturned bottles will be applied automatically after 60 days.

6. Delivery Service and In-Store Membership
The Water Brewery’s delivery service is separate from in-store memberships.
Discounts associated with in-store memberships do not apply to delivery orders.

7. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order and utilizing The Water Brewery’s delivery service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These terms may be updated or modified at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
